The Cana-Vac ACAN790A Signature Series Power Unit also features a high-efficiency HEPA Filtration System that captures 99.97% of allergens from your home down to 0.3 microns, a right or left intake option, 5.3-gallon dirt capacity and includes one allergen dust bag. With Hybrid systems, you have the choice of using the unit with or without a dust bag. It is recommended to use a disposable dust bag. This will keep the unit cleaner, provide more filtration, and will prolong the life of the motor.

The Cana-Vac ACAN790A Central Vacuum System uses an Ametek Lam By-Pass Tangential Motor that produces 145" of waterlift and an impressive 659 airwatts. Bypass motors operate by pulling air through a separate path, ensuring that dirt and debris do not come into direct contact with the motor. The Cana-Vac ACAN790A also includes a muffler that will circulate the air during operation and keep the motor cool while in use. This will prolong the life of the motor and keeps the motor quiet.
